COMESA Court Digital Evidence Management System. (CCDEMS)
The COMESA Court of Justice launched the CCDEMS in 2019 to enable Court users to file documents remotely and in real-time without traveling to the Seat of the Court in Khartoum Sudan.
The CCDEMS has improved access to justice by ensuring timely and speedier dispensation of justice. The CCDEMS has also reduced the costs of litigation and eased the storage and retrieval of files.
