The Cause List of the Court drawn under Rule 20 of the Rules of the Court by the Registrar on approval of the President in the case of the Appellate Division and with the approval of the Principal Judge in the case of the first Instance Division contains a list of References listed down for hearing. The Cause List is also served on the Parties through their appointed Agents. Any changes made to the Cause List are also communicated to the Parties through their respective Agents by way of an Addendum Cause List.
