The Registrar, Hon. Nyambura Mbatia, is currently attending the African Union’s 15th meeting of the Yamoussoukro Decision (YD) Monitoring Body in Nairobi, Kenya.

The meeting will be looking at progress made towards the implementation of the Yamoussoukro Decision (YD) and the Single African Airspace Transport Market (SAATM).

On Day 2, the Registrar will make a presentation on how COMESA Court of Justice can support the Dispute Resolution Mechanism (DSM) of the YD/SAATM with respect to the resolution of disputes related to the provisions of the SAATM.

Other regional courts and competition bodies including the East African Court of Justice and ECOWAS Court of Justice will also be making presentations.
